As we expand our academic offerings, we're looking for experienced Digital Marketing Faculties / Trainers to join our team in Kolkata, Bhawanipore . Required Skill Proficiency (any one or more): We are hiring trainers with expertise in one or more of the following: Website Development (WordPress preferred) Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Social Media Marketing (SMM) Google Ads & Analytics Email Marketing & Automation Tools Graphic Designing (Canva/Illustrator) Content Marketing & Strategy Key Responsibilities: Deliver classroom and online training as per the curriculum. Update training content with latest industry practices and trends. Conduct online/offline seminars and webinars at institutes and colleges. Handle student queries, evaluations, and assessments. Create MCQs, case studies, and practical assignments for students. Occasionally work on live projects for client experience sharing. Preferred Background: 3–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing either as a Trainer / faculty or Digital Executive. Candidates with agency background will be given preference. Prerequisites: Fluent in English and one regional language (Hindi or Bengali). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passionate about teaching and mentoring students. A pleasing personality and a proactive attitude.
