Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled Die Cutter Operator to join our packaging production team. Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate die cutting machines to produce custom packaging shapes and designs. Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders. Conduct quality control inspections to ensure products meet specifications. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines. Maintain accurate records of material usage and production outputs. Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and resolve issues. Adhere to safety protocols and company policies. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 1-3 years of experience operating die cutting machines in a packaging environment. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical diagrams. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform manual tasks.
