Roles and Responsibilities: Independently manage architectural design projects from concept to execution across residential, commercial, hospitality, and healthcare sectors. Prepare, review, and deliver high-quality drawings, presentations, and documentation using the latest architectural software. Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Ensure compliance with local regulations, development norms, and building codes throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct site visits for design implementation, quality checks, and resolving on-site challenges. Prepare and monitor project schedules and deadlines to ensure timely delivery. Participate in design reviews, value engineering, and client presentations. Contribute to design innovation, research, and continuous improvement of design standards within the firm. Preferred Candidate Profile: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution. Minimum 3–5 years of relevant professional experience, with demonstrated ability to independently manage projects. Proficient in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Photoshop, and other design and presentation tools. Strong understanding of building systems, materials, construction methods, and practical site execution. Excellent communication and coordination skills to interact with clients, consultants, and contractors. Detail-oriented with strong design sensibilities and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Knowledge of local bye-laws and approval procedures will be an added advantage.
