We at LTI Mindtree hiring for Boomi MDM Admin Education: Bachelors/Master's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent Minimum Experience: 5-8 years Notice Period: Immediate Joiners to 30 days Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, Kolkata Shift: Resource must be ready to work in odd shifts ending 11 PM IST Mandatory Skills - MDM Admin Resource must Have excellent communication skill (written & Verbal both) Be ready to work in extended shifts to provide overlap until 1:30 PM EST Have the required certification and hands on experience Resource should be able to perform below activities Create and Configure Repositories: Define the data domains to be managed by MDH, including name, description, and data model. This is the fundamental building block of MDH. Define Data Models: Design the structure of the data within the repository. This involves defining data types, fields (golden record fields, source fields, and quarantine fields), default values, and relationships between data. Careful data modelling is crucial for data quality. Configure Repository Settings: Adjust global settings like data retention policies, ID resolution, and data stewardship settings. Configure Matching Rules: Design the matching rules that determine how MDH identifies potential duplicates across source systems. This includes defining match fields, match algorithms, and match thresholds. Configure Stewardship Workflow: Define the process for resolving potential duplicates and managing data quality issues. This includes specifying roles, permissions, and escalation paths. Add and Configure Sources: Define the source systems that will contribute data to the MDH. Specify connection details, source entity types, and data update frequencies. Define Source Properties: Configure properties specific to each source, such as data format, encoding, and error handling. User and Role Management: Create and Manage User Accounts: Add new users to the MDH platform and grant them appropriate access. Define and Assign Roles: Create roles with specific permissions to control access to MDH functionalities (e.g., data steward, administrator, read-only user). Implement Data Cleansing Rules: Apply data cleansing rules to standardize, normalize, and correct data before it is loaded into MDH. Validate Data: Implement data validation rules to ensure data conforms to defined standards and constraints. Handle Data Exceptions: Design processes for handling data exceptions, such as missing values or invalid data formats. Data Stewardship and Governance: Duplicate Resolution Monitor Potential Duplicates: Regularly monitor MDH for potential duplicates identified by the matching rules. Review and Resolve Duplicates: Review potential duplicates and manually merge or link records as needed. Implement Workflow for Duplicate Resolution: Ensure a clear workflow for resolving duplicates, including roles, responsibilities, and escalation paths. Data Quality Monitoring: Monitor Data Quality Metrics: Track key data quality metrics, such as completeness, accuracy, and consistency. Identify Data Quality Issues: Proactively identify and investigate data quality issues. Implement Corrective Actions: Implement corrective actions to address data quality issues, such as updating data cleansing rules or improving data validation processes. Stewardship Tasks: Handle Data Change Requests: Process data change requests submitted by users or systems. Approve Data Changes: Review and approve data changes to ensure data integrity. Manage Data Relationships: Maintain and update relationships between data entities. Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor System Performance: Monitor MDH system performance to ensure optimal operation. This includes tracking CPU usage, memory usage, and disk space. Monitor Integration Processes: Monitor the performance of integration processes to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks. Monitor Error Logs: Review error logs to identify and address system errors. Maintenance Tasks: Perform Backups: Regularly back up MDH data and configuration settings. Optimize System Performance: Tune system parameters to optimize performance. Review and Update Configurations: Periodically review and update MDH configurations to ensure they are aligned with business requirements. Archive Old Data: Implement a data archiving strategy to manage data growth and improve performance. Create Documentation: Create and maintain documentation on MDH configuration, integration processes, and data governance policies. Reporting and Analytics: Create Reports: Design and generate reports to provide insights into data quality, data governance, and system performance. Customize Reports: Customize reports to meet specific business requirements. Analyze Data Trends: Analyze data trends to identify opportunities for improvement. Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Track KPIs related to data quality, data governance, and system performance.
