SUMMARY Field Collection Executive Location: Guwahati Salary: Up to 2.33 lpa + incentives and allowances We are looking for a Field Collection Executive to join the team of one of the fastest-growing financial services companies in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for following up with customers for recovery of overdue amounts through field visits to customer’s address, maintaining fair collection practices, and ensuring timely feedback and updates on the company's App. The candidate should have 1-5 years of experience in collections, sales, or field operations role, and possess strong communication skills in the local language (Regional language/English/Hindi). The candidate should also have a 10th passed & above qualification, understanding of the loan process and documents, and the ability to prioritize tasks and visits. A driving license and a bike are mandatory for this role.
