Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement advanced machine learning models to solve complex business problems. Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets for analysis. Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to discover trends, patterns, and anomalies. Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms for forecasting and optimization. Utilize Python for data manipulation, statistical analysis, and building machine learning pipelines. Create interactive dashboards and visualizations in Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data science solutions. Continuously monitor model performance and perform tuning and retraining as necessary. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. 7-8 years of relevant experience in data science, machine learning, and statistical modeling. Proficiency in Python, including libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, and TensorFlow/PyTorch. Hands-on experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting. Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis. Experience with SQL for data querying and manipulation. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on actionable insights. Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
