Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design and maintain data models and Entity-Relationship (ER) diagrams.
Develop data models for Policy, Claims, Billing, Underwriting, Reinsurance, and Finance.
Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable data models.
Analyse insurance datasets and define data relationships, business rules, and standards.
Use SQL for data validation, analysis, and quality checks.
Support data warehousing, data integration, and reporting initiatives.
Ensure data integrity and compliance with enterprise data standards.

Mandatory Skills

Strong experience in P&C Insurance and knowledge of the Lloyd's / London Market.
Hands-on experience in data modelling and ER modelling.
Good understanding of Policy, Claims, Billing, and Underwriting processes.
Strong SQL and relational database knowledge.
Experience in data warehousing and enterprise data structures.
Ability to translate business requirements into logical and physical data models.
