Role Overview

Responsible for accurately entering, organizing, validating, and maintaining data using Microsoft Excel and ERP systems. The role requires strong attention to detail and excellent Excel skills to support data preparation, reporting, and ERP implementation activities.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in Excel and ERP systems.
• Collect and consolidate data from multiple sources using standard templates.
• Clean and standardize data, remove duplicates, and identify incomplete or inconsistent records.
• Use Excel formulas, lookup functions, PivotTables, and data validation to process and verify data.
• Prepare and validate master data for ERP uploads and migration activities.
• Compare source records with uploaded data and report discrepancies for correction.
• Maintain data trackers, prepare routine reports, and complete assigned work within agreed timelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams and customers to clarify missing or incorrect information.
• Maintain organized records, version control, and confidentiality of business information.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Diploma or bachelors degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data entry, data processing, or a similar role.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills, including XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, IF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, PivotTables, conditional formatting, and data validation.
• Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle large datasets and identify errors or inconsistencies.
• Good communication, coordination, and time management skills.
• Experience with ERP data entry, master data preparation, or data migration is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Power Query is an advantage.
