Dashboard & Analytics Executive Location: Remote Work Schedule: MondayThursday (No work on Fridays) Compensation: Based on experience About the Role: We are seeking a Dashboard & Analytics Executive to manage, automate, and visualize dashboards and scorecards using Looker, Power BI, or similar tools . This role will be responsible for ensuring accurate, real-time data insights that support business decisions across Sales, Marketing, and Operations . Key Responsibilities: Develop & Maintain Dashboards – Create interactive dashboards to track sales, marketing, and operational performance. Data Automation & Integration – Connect and automate data sources from Google Sheets, CRM, ERP, and other platforms. KPI Tracking & Scorecards – Build and update performance scorecards for the team and leadership. Data Visualization & Insights – Present business data in a clear and actionable format. Reporting & Analysis – Provide reports and recommendations based on data trends. Process Optimization – Automate repetitive reporting tasks to improve efficiency. Training & Documentation – Train teams on using dashboards effectively and document processes. Required Skills & Experience: Proficiency in Looker, Power BI, or Google Data Studio (Tableau is a plus). Basic knowledge of SQL, DAX, or Python for data manipulation and automation. Experience in API integrations and data pipeline automation . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret and present data in an easy-to-understand format . Excellent communication skills to work with different teams. Preferred Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in dashboard development, data visualization, or business intelligence .
