Job Title: Customer Support Executive Location: Matunga West, Mumbai Salary Range: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month Job Type: Full-time Gender Preference: Female Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree Experience: 3-2 years preferred Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team in Matunga West, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails professionally. Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests in a timely and efficient manner. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of issues. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Requirements: Female candidates only. Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any stream. Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email handling, CRM tools preferred). Positive attitude, patience, and empathy towards customers.
