Job Title: E-commerce Customer Support Executive (Voice Process) – Freshers Location: Ahmedabad Salary: INR 16,500/- in-hand | INR 18,500/- CTC Job Type: Full-time, Rotational Shifts (Including Night Shifts) Day Shift for Females. Job Description: We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Freshers for the position of E-commerce Customer Support Executive in our voice process. The role involves handling calls from customers or clients, addressing their queries, and providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls and assist customers with their inquiries and issues. Provide clear and effective resolutions to customer queries. Skills and Qualifications: Empathy towards customers and a willingness to help. Strong problem-solving skills to address customer concerns. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Minimum education requirement: 10+2 or a completed diploma. Typing speed of 25 WPM Comfortable with rotational shifts, including night shifts (night shift cab provided for Drop). Additional Information: Salary: INR 16,500/- in hand, INR 18,500/- CTC. Cab facility for night shifts (one side).
