The Customer Support Executive will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships with our clients. Responsibilities: Provide prompt and professional customer support via various channels (phone, email, chat, etc.). Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively. Assist customers in understanding product features, specifications, and usage guidelines. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and Service , to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery. Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the relevant department. Assist in generating reports and analyzing customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments to provide insights to customers. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers. Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service. Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and products (training will be provided).
