Job Description

Responsible for taking orders confirmation from customers via phone calls, emails, or other communication channels. Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns related to orders, products, or services. Handle customer complaints and returns in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, order details, and issue resolutions in the database or CRM system. Collaborate with other departments such as logistics, sales, and finance to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries. Assist customers in navigating the company's website or online ordering platform, offering guidance and troubleshooting assistance. Handle escalated customer issues and resolve them in a professional and timely manner. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and gather feedback on their experience with the support service.
