You'll help our customers with order updates, returns, exchanges, and general queries, ensuring a smooth and positive experience every time. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer queries via WhatsApp (API), email, and Instagram DMs Help customers with order-related concerns: delays, size queries, return/exchange status, etc. Coordinate with internal teams for faster resolution Update and manage customer communication templates and FAQs Handle escalations with patience and professionalism Maintain daily query logs and track resolution turnaround time Requirements: 1+ year of experience in customer support (preferably in a D2C or e-commerce brand) Excellent communication skills (written + spoken in English and Hindi) Familiarity with Shopify, Unicommerce, Shiprocket/Delhivery, etc is a plus Prior experience with WhatsApp API tools like Bitespeed, Interakt, or WATI is a bonus Empathetic, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets Show more Show less
