Requirements: Any graduate (freshers are welcome to apply). 0 to 1 year of experience in a BPO or customer service role. Strong written communication skills. Ability to work in rotational shifts and rotating week-offs. Basic computer proficiency and typing skills. Immediate joiners preferred.
