As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Sales & Customer Support Executive to enhance our customer experience by handling sales inquiries and post-sales support efficiently. Key Responsibilities Sales & Customer Interaction Manage incoming sales inquiries via phone calls and WhatsApp. Provide personalized product recommendations based on customer preferences. Convert leads into successful sales by assisting customers with purchase decisions. Post-Sales Support Address customer queries regarding orders, delivery timelines, and product details. Resolve customer complaints and ensure a seamless after-sales experience. Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for order tracking and updates. General Support & Coordination Maintain accurate customer records and interactions in the CRM system. Provide valuable insights to the sales and marketing teams based on customer inquiries. Stay updated on new product launches to better assist customers. Requirements 1-2 years of experience in sales and customer support. Experience in the furniture industry is an advantage. Strong communication skills in English and Hindi. Ability to manage direct customer interactions via phone and WhatsApp. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple queries. Basic knowledge of CRM tools and order management systems.
