Customer Relationship Officer (CRO)

Job Description

We are looking for Customer Relationship Officer to create long-term trusting relationship with customers. This shall be a table job. Candidate should be BBA, B.Com, B.A , B.Sc. or Diploma Engineer. Should be fluent in spoken and written English & Hindi. Candidate should be soft spoken with good communication, understanding and analytical skills. You shall be provided with company SIM card. Job Profile involves (but is not limited to following) 1. Regular Calls to Existing and Potential Customers for Business Relations and to increase Sales 2. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships 3. Taking Periodic Customer Feedback 4. Cross Sales to existing Clients through phone calls / emails 5. Handling enquires generated through digital platforms 6. Generating leads from potential customers through cold calling 7. Executing special customer-centric drives 8.
