Job Description

1.Ensure standard operation procedures ( SOP) guidance in the process of good customer relations at all level . 2.To contribute in generating sales for the company either by cold calling or answering requests in a fast-paced environment to potential customers and directing the prospects to the sales team. 3.To contribute in creating and maintaining good customer relationships and ensuring smooth sales team operations by responding to customer and prospect queries. 4.Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer issues and relevant problems, redirect problems to correct resources and properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support. 5.To make 24hrs /15/30days PSF calls and make timely escalation of any customer concerns registered in the calls , Zero RNR Calls . Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift
