Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Creative Strategist + Scriptwriter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating compelling ad angles, crafting performance-driven scripts (UGC style, product demos, hooks), and analyzing the effectiveness of creatives to refine and enhance ideas. Key Responsibilities: Research winning creatives and hooks in D2C niches using tools like Instagram, Youtube, Facebook, etc. Write clear briefs and engaging scripts for video ads across the TOF/MOF/BOF funnel. Create ad copy for Meta Ads (headlines, CTAs, captions) to drive engagement and conversions. Collaborate with editors and UGC creators to bring your concepts and stories to life. Track ad creative performance and suggest weekly optimizations to enhance results. Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in performance marketing or content writing. Solid understanding of paid ad funnels (TOF/MOF/BOF) and how to craft content for each stage. Strong storytelling and copywriting skills with an understanding of what drives results. Awareness of D2C brand tone and trends (such as fashion, beauty, wellness). Bonus: Experience creating content themselves, whether camera-facing or script-based.
