Job Description

Prepare and cook a wide range of authentic Chinese dishes such as noodles, fried rice, Manchurian, etc. Ensure proper use of wok cooking techniques, seasoning, and presentation. Maintain food quality, hygiene, and consistency in taste. Handle kitchen equipment and tools relevant to Chinese cuisine safely and efficiently. Monitor and manage ingredient stock levels and inform for replenishment. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the cooking area. Coordinate with kitchen staff and ensure timely food preparation and service. Follow all food safety regulations and company standards.
