Country/Region: IN Requisition ID: 26134 Work Model: Position Type: Salary Range: Location: INDIA - MUMBAI - BIRLASOFT OFFICE Title: Contractor_SAP Concur Description: Area(s) of responsibility Key Responsibilities: Lead the SAP Concur stream in alignment with the overall S/4HANA program. Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for Travel & Expense management. Configure and deploy Concur modules (Expense, Travel, Request, Invoice as applicable). Drive integration between SAP Concur and SAP S/4HANA (via middleware such as SAP CPI or PI/PO). Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and interfaces. Support data migration activities, particularly around employee, cost center, and vendor master data. Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT. Deliver training and support change management initiatives. Collaborate with security teams for role and access configuration. Troubleshoot and resolve issues post go-live during hypercare. Required Skills & Experience: 7–8 years of hands-on experience with SAP Concur. Strong understanding of SAP Concur modules: Expense, Travel, Request, and Invoice. Experience in integrating SAP Concur with SAP S/4HANA using middleware (CPI preferred). Knowledge of employee master data management and cost object structures in S/4HANA. Experience in working with Concur Support Portal and managing configuration through SAP Concur Admin.
