The Primary Purpose Of This Role Is To Provide product support to customers via the telephone and/or Internet (e.g., instant message, email) Application/Infrastructure/Database monitoring Assess nature of product or service issues and resolve support problems. Maintain log of product issues and conveys customer feedback to product development staff Skills Excellent communication skills Good analytical and troubleshooting skills. Application/Infrastructure/Database monitoring would be an added advantage. Perks CTC- 18 to 20k per month (additional shift allowances). Certificate on completing internship. Conversion as an FTE depending upon performance and the business within 6 months to 1 year with a package of 4 to 4.5 LPA (which happens in 99% cases) Shifts Ready to work in US shifts with Saturday and Sunday off. Qualifications Graduates (BCA, BSc or similar education with computer background) from any field with basic technical and probing skills. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
