Job Description

Role & responsibilities • Provide expert consultation and manage patients with urological disorders. Diagnose, treat, and help prevent urogenital system disorders, including both benign and malignant conditions. Perform and oversee urological procedures, utilizing advanced surgical and non-surgical techniques. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of patient care. Conduct thorough examinations using diagnostic imaging such as X-rays and fluoroscopy. Implement and follow NABH protocols and documentation standards. Offer urology consultations to physicians and other healthcare professionals. Guide and train nurses, technicians, and resident doctors in urological procedures and patient care. Respond to emergency cases in the Operating Theatre (OT) and Emergency Department (ED). Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with hospital policies. Participate in quality assurance and hospital safety initiatives.
