Job Description

Enter daily inbound and outbound shipment data into SAP/ERP.
Update GRN, delivery, dispatch, stock, and inventory records.
Maintain accurate records of receipts, issues, transfers, and returns.
Prepare daily/weekly MIS and warehouse reports using MS Excel.
Verify data against physical documents such as invoices, delivery challans, and transport documents.
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, transporters, and internal teams for missing or incorrect information.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of warehouse records.
Monitor data accuracy and correct discrepancies in the system.
Support stock reconciliation and inventory updates.
Generate system reports as required by the Warehouse Supervisor/Manager.
Ensure timely completion of all data-entry activities.
Follow company SOPs and warehouse safety and compliance requirements.
