Job Title: Commissioning & Software Development Engineer (For Engineers from Plant Maintenance – Electrical/Instrumentation) Location: Pune, Maharashtra (On-site | Travel Required) Experience Level: 1–4 Years (Plant Maintenance – Electrical / Instrumentation) Role Overview: We are looking for Plant Maintenance Engineers (Electrical/Instrumentation) who are passionate about technology and ready to pivot into a future-focused role in Industrial Automation . Selected candidates will be trained and deployed in PLC/SCADA Software Development and Commissioning across various projects. Key Responsibilities: Learn PLC, SCADA, HMI programming and industrial protocols through in-house training. Develop and test automation control logic and software applications. Perform system-level commissioning at client sites – wiring checks, I/O testing, loop testing, FAT/SAT. Assist in creating project documentation including logic diagrams and test reports. Troubleshoot control system issues during commissioning or operational handover. Collaborate with design, panel manufacturing, and software teams to deliver automation projects on time. Eligibility Criteria: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering 1–4 years of hands-on experience in plant maintenance in any process or manufacturing industry Understanding of industrial field instruments, sensors, drives, panels, etc. Willing to transition into Industrial Automation domain with technical training Ready to travel for on-site commissioning work (India & international projects) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Work Location: In person
