Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and developing growth strategies. The role includes preparing business proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met. The successful candidate will also engage in networking activities to expand the company's market reach. Qualifications Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management Strong Market Research and Analytical skills Proficient in preparing Business Proposals and Negotiating Contracts Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to develop strategies for market growth Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Management degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Experience in the pharmaceutical or cold chain industry is a plus
