• To lead the team of Sales Manager and ensure effective sales management and achievement of business targets in Loan Against Property
• Provide inputs to develop marketing strategies and marketing support to Sales Staff.
• Work closely with the Regional /Zonal Manager for developing sales strategies
• Take complete ownership of the sales process and generate the agreed numbers, for the cluster
• Motivate/Interact with Branch Managers and Staff
• Handle entire business process for the Cluster. Open new Locations as per business plan.
• To achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly business targets as per plan.
• Should be open to frequent travel within cluster

Skills

• Experience in LAP loam is mandatory
• Currently Sales manager/ Branch head handling a team
• Aggressive salesperson, able to build relationship with customer and staff (mandatory)
• Local geography knowledge and ability to read/speak local language (mandatory)
• Excellent business knowledge in small ticket LAP.
• Self-starter with demonstrated ability to deliver under pressure
• Ability to work in an evolving and fast paced environment
