Location: Rohtak, Haryana Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month Experience: 2-3 years in Voice Processing (specifically patient feedback preferred) Employment Type: Full-time Joining Preference: Immediate Joiner We are looking for an experienced and highly articulate Voice Processing Specialist to join our team in Rohtak. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling patient feedback, demonstrating exceptional communication skills and a patient-centric approach. This role is crucial for gathering, documenting, and addressing patient concerns and suggestions, contributing directly to service improvement. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls related to patient feedback, inquiries, and concerns with professionalism and empathy. Actively listen to patient feedback, understand their perspectives, and accurately document all interactions. Provide clear, concise, and accurate information to patients regarding their feedback status or relevant processes. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments or senior management following established protocols. Maintain detailed and accurate records of all patient interactions in the designated system. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., quality assurance, operations) to ensure timely resolution of patient feedback. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and data privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA compliance if applicable). Contribute to identifying trends in patient feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives.
