Job Description

Develop Data Strategies Create and implement data strategies to support business goals; including its streamlining and redundancy removal. Lead Analytics Develop analytical models and generate reports to provide business insights. Automation Set automation requirements with concerned stakeholders and ensure delivery. Collaborate with Stakeholders Work with senior leadership and internal / other departments to meet Channels s data needs with complete maker and checker before MIS release. Execute Projects Plan and manage BI projects, ensuring timely and quality completion. Monitor Performance Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics to evaluate business strategies. Ensure Compliance Maintain data security and ensure all practices comply with relevant regulations. Key skills required Analytical Skills Analyse complex data. Technical Proficiency Use BI tools like Power BI, knowledge of Macro, etc. Project Management and Automation Plan and execute projects. Communication Convey insights effectively. Strategic Thinking Align data strategies with goals. Problem-Solving Address data challenges. Compliance Knowledge Ensure data security and compliance.
