Key Responsibilities:Prepare and cook a wide variety of Chinese dishes (fried rice, noodles, gravies, starters, soups, etc.). Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control. Deep knowledge of Chinese cooking styles—stir-fry, wok cooking, steaming, etc. Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced kitchen. Team player with good communication and organizational skills. Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays. Basic knowledge of kitchen inventory and food cost control is a plus.
