Role Overview As Centre Manager & Counsellor , you’ll wear multiple hats—managing operations, leading the student experience, and counselling learners to choose the right path. You'll be the face of the centre, ensuring it runs smoothly and students walk away with clarity and confidence. Success in this role looks like: - A well-managed, high-energy centre - Satisfied students and parents - Seamless coordination with faculty and teams - Steady enrollments through strong student relationships Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations at the centre Counsel walk-in students and parents on course offerings Follow up with leads and maintain CRM records Coordinate class schedules with faculty Resolve student queries and support academic planning Ensure a positive and professional environment Organize seminars, webinars, and outreach activities Qualifications Excellent verbal & written communication skills Friendly and empathetic approach Strong organizational and multitasking ability Graduate degree (any stream); MBA preferred Prior experience in education/counselling/sales/operations is a plus Ability to thrive in fast-paced, student-centric environments Why Join FundaMakers?
