Carpenter Assistant We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Carpenter Helper to support our carpentry team. The ideal candidate will assist in various carpentry tasks, help maintain tools and workspaces, and ensure smooth site operations. Responsibilities: Assist the carpenter in measuring, cutting, and assembling materials. Carry, load, and unload tools, wood, and other construction materials. Hold materials in place for cutting or installation. Clean and prepare job sites, including removing debris and organizing materials. Set up and break down ladders, scaffolding, and temporary structures. Follow safety procedures and support in maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Perform basic repairs or sanding as directed. Requirements: Some experience in construction or carpentry preferred (not mandatory). Familiarity with basic hand and power tools. Willingness to learn and take direction from senior carpenters. Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials. Attention to detail and a team-oriented attitude. Minimum 10th-grade education or equivalent.
