Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and result-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales over the phone, maintaining customer relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the company. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about products and services. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and cold calling. Understand customer needs and offer solutions accordingly. Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer details in the CRM system. Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets. Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a timely manner. Work closely with the sales and marketing team to improve outreach strategies. Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and customer needs. Requirements: Proven experience as a telesales representative or in a similar sales/customer service role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects. Patience, persistence, and a positive attitude. Familiarity with CRM software and telephone systems is a plus. 12th pass or graduate in any discipline. Preferred Skills: Fluency in Hindi and local language. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Target-driven and self-motivated. Basic computer knowledge. Job Type: Full-time / Part-timeLocation: Onsite – Noida Salary: 12k + Incentives
