Cafe Steward / Stewardess

Job Description

Person should have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience as steward/stewardess in a cafe or restaurant. A friendly, polite, and courteous nature. Candidates with Training from Hospitality institute will be given preference. Welcoming customers, seating them, serving them water or refilling their glasses, and delivering beverages from the bartender. Answering the phone and providing basic information about restaurant services and operating hours or assisting with the scheduling of reservations Maintaining clean and sanitised menus for guest use Rolling and replacing cutlery as required Maintaining stocked cutlery holders with condiments, cutlery and napkins Directing customers to the location of the restrooms Clearing tables as guests finish their meals and preparing it for next customers. Complying with all safety and sanitation procedures.
