Role Overview: We are looking for a Paid Ads Expert to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in running and optimizing ad campaigns across Google and Meta platforms. You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and managing ad strategies that maximize ROI and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Plan, create, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns. Develop ad strategies aligned with business goals and audience insights. Monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve maximum ROI and performance. Conduct A/B testing, analyze campaign data, and prepare performance reports. Manage ad budgets effectively and ensure cost-efficient results. Stay updated with the latest trends, updates, and best practices in digital advertising. What We're Looking For: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads. Strong knowledge of campaign strategy, targeting, optimization, and tracking. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and improve performance. Excellent communication skills fluency in English is a must. Graduate degree. Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with the team.
