Design and implement strategic development strategies and plans. Assist in executing approved business strategies and plans. Monitor and evaluate the progress of newly implemented strategies. Lead, mentor, and supervise the business development team to ensure successful project outcomes. Conduct in-depth market and business analysis to identify new opportunities. Analyze current products and services and benchmark them against competitors. Recommend improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Manage business operations related to deals and partnerships. Oversee the execution and compliance of various business contracts. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders. Prepare and deliver detailed reports and insights for senior management.
