Business Development Manager Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth in our Furnished & Furnishing division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing strategies to enhance market presence. Key Responsibilities 1. Business Growth & Strategy ∙ Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand the furnished and furnishing market. ∙ Identify potential clients, including real estate developers, hospitality businesses, corporate clients, and retail customers. ∙ Explore new revenue streams and partnership opportunities to increase profitability. ∙ Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry. 2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management ∙ Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including property managers, interior designers, architects, and contractors. ∙ Lead negotiations and close deals with corporate and retail clients. ∙ Understand client requirements and provide customized furnishing solutions. ∙ Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and post-sales support. 3. Product & Service Development ∙ Collaborate with design and procurement teams to enhance product offerings. ∙ Keep up with the latest furnishing trends and innovations to meet market demands. ∙ Provide insights to improve product quality, pricing, and service offerings. 4. Sales & Marketing Initiatives ∙ Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns, online presence, and brand awareness. ∙ Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to generate leads. ∙ Utilize digital platforms and CRM tools to track sales performance and customer interactions. 5. Operations & Financial Performance ∙ Manage budgets, forecasts, and pricing strategies for profitable growth. ∙ Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets. ∙ Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and installation. 6.
