Job Description

Key Responsibilities: New Client Acquisition: Identify and onboard new clients for Website Design, SEO, and PPC services through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, emails, and networking. Lead Generation & Sales Strategy: Build a consistent sales pipeline using digital tools and execute strategies to meet monthly targets. Consultative Selling: Understand client needs, present tailored digital marketing solutions, and close deals with confidence. Proposal & Pitching: Create customized proposals, presentations, and quotations in collaboration with the internal team. Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage upselling, cross-selling, and referrals. Collaboration: Coordinate with the marketing, design, and operations teams for timely delivery and client satisfaction. Reporting & Analysis: Track weekly/monthly KPIs, lead conversion, and sales funnel metrics. Recommend improvements based on insights. What We're Looking For: Experience: 1-3 years in business development/sales in a digital marketing, IT, or advertising agency (Website Design/SEO/PPC experience preferred). Education: Graduate in Marketing / Business Administration or relevant field. MBA is a bonus. Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and acquire new business opportunities within the digital marketing space, focusing on Website Design, SEO, and PPC services. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals. Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients, and use this information to refine business development strategies. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and aligning them with our services. Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations tailored to clients' specific needs, demonstrating the value of our digital marketing services. Collaboration: Work closely with the design, and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and high client satisfaction. Reporting & Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
