As part of our expansion, we are launching co-working spaces and are looking for a passionate professional to drive this vertical. Job Summary We are seeking a driven and strategic Business Development Manager to lead our co-working space operations. This role involves generating leads, increasing occupancy, building partnerships, and strengthening our brand presence in the flexible workspace market. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to increase occupancy and revenue. Identify and engage new business opportunities, including startups, SMEs, corporates, and freelancers. Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and consistently achieve or exceed monthly targets. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Represent the company at business events, networking forums, and community meetups. Establish and maintain relationships with brokers, channel partners, and referral networks. Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation campaigns, including social media outreach. Prepare proposals, negotiate lease terms, and close deals with prospective clients. Collect and act on client feedback to improve service offerings and customer experience. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 3–6 years of experience in business development, preferably in co-working, real estate, commercial leasing, or hospitality. Proven ability in sales, client engagement, and negotiations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and capable of independently managing a co-working center with revenue accountability. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools. Preferred Traits Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth. Strong network in the Coimbatore business ecosystem. Knowledge of flexible workspace trends and co-working models.
