Job Description: We are looking for an outgoing and energetic individual to fill the position of a Business Development Manager in our office in Mumbai. 2 or more years of experience in a similar role in Australian process is a must. Duties: Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with mortgage brokers, financial advisors, and other key stakeholders to drive business growth. Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify potential clients and understand their needs, preferences, and trends in the loan processing industry. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. Client Education: Educate clients about the company's loan processing services, benefits, and compliance with regulatory requirements Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met and identify areas for improvement1. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure a seamless client experience.
