Business Development & Inside Sales Executive 06-3yrs | Full-time | Mumbai-Vikhroli | 3 LPA - 4.5 LPA Freshers with some internship experience are also welcome Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as a Business Development & Sales Executive/Manager. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude toward achieving business targets. Roles and Responsibilities Business Development Identify, research, and develop new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets. Build strategic partnerships and networks to expand market presence. Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competition. Develop and present compelling sales proposals, pitches, and business cases. Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions tailored to client requirements. Sales Execution Actively engage in lead generation, follow-ups, and closure of deals. Manage and expand a pipeline of prospects, ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets. Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction. Track sales metrics and provide regular performance reports to management. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings. Client Relationship Management Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Act as a primary point of contact for client queries and issue resolution. Gather client feedback and work with internal teams to improve products/services. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Revenue growth and target achievement. Number of new clients acquired. Client retention rate. Proposal-to-deal conversion ratio. Timeliness and accuracy of sales reports. Nice to Have Packaging Industry or Startup background experience will give an extra advantage. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) Having a Sales and Business operation track record, contribution into revenue of the company. Required Qualifications Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). Experience: 06-3years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Skills Excellent verbal and written communication. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
