Desired Candidate Profile Proven relevant work experience in Sales Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. Zeal to learn new concepts quickly and apply innovative ideas to achieve the best results. Demonstrated creative and critical thinking skills Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Fluency in English, Hindi, Marathi & Konkani language. Physically fit to travel extensively within Goa. Familiar with Goa locations. Job description Identify and pursue new business opportunities within residential, commercial, and industrial segments by targeting potential clients Responsible for arranging meetings with owners/builders, etc in order to secure AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) sales orders. Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service-level agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes and meeting sales targets. Any other task associated with sales as and when required. Ensure client concerns are addressed promptly, fostering trust and paving the way for contract renewals or upsell opportunities. Actively contribute to sales meetings to keep colleagues informed about customers and your product range. Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally. Maintain positive relationships with customers and respond pro-actively to the concerns of customers Gather client feedback and market insights to inform service improvements and to tailor maintenance contracts to evolving client needs. Ensure monthly targets are achieved. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, contract statuses, and customer interactions. Guide new joiners in the team at all stages.
