Location: [Specify if Remote/On-site/Hybrid] Job Description: We are seeking experienced and motivated Business Development Executives with a strong focus on client acquisition for IT and Non-IT staffing in domestic markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development and client onboarding, excellent communication skills, and an ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Identify, engage, and onboard direct clients for IT and Non-IT staffing services in the domestic market. Develop and execute strategic plans to secure new business and manage the sales pipeline effectively. Build strong relationships with decision-makers, HR managers, and department heads of target companies. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, client needs, and competitor analysis. Prepare and deliver effective presentations and proposals tailored to clients' staffing needs. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients. Meet or exceed set sales targets and KPIs on a regular basis. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2 to 5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition in the staffing industry. Strong understanding of IT and Non-IT staffing processes and client expectations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and confident approach. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Strong negotiation, presentation, and organizational skills.
