Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious, energetic, and self-driven individual to join our Sales & Bidding team. This is a dynamic role that blends Inside IT Sales with online bidding responsibilities, ideal for someone who understands client acquisition and lead conversion via platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, etc. Key Responsibilities: End-to-end sales management through online bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.) Prepare winning proposals, follow up with leads, and gather project requirements Generate and qualify leads via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients Maintain and grow a client database; re-engage with old leads Coordinate with technical teams to deliver suitable solutions to client needs Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Requirements: Prior experience or basic understanding of online bidding Excellent communication skills in English (written & verbal) Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines Positive attitude, self-motivated, and loyal to the organization Good time management and multitasking abilities Experience with CRM tools is a plus. Candiddate must be comfortable with rotational night shift for Mohali Punjab.
