Job Title: Business Development Executive Key Responsibilities: · Conduct field visits to identify and generate new business opportunities. · Meet potential clients/customers, present product/service offerings, and convert leads. · Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. · Gather market and customer information and provide feedback to the team. · Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. · Represent the company in a professional manner during client interactions and events. · Maintain accurate records of visits, client details, and sales progress using CRM tools or company formats. · Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction. Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree or a related field. · Strong business acumen with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Effective negotiation and presentation skills. · Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Location: Balangir, Sambalpur, Sundergarh, Keonjhar, Jajpur, Ganjam, Rayagada, Koraput, Angul, Kalahandi.
