We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team at a software training institute. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospective students, and converting inquiries into admissions. You will also collaborate with the marketing team to develop outreach strategies and build strong relationships with academic institutions, students, and working professionals. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media. Follow up on leads and convert them into walk-ins and admissions. Counsel students on various training programs and help them choose suitable career paths. Coordinate and participate in seminars, workshops, and webinars to promote the institute’s offerings. Build and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, corporates, and other partners. Achieve monthly targets for lead conversion and admissions. Maintain accurate records of student data, inquiries, and follow-ups using CRM tools. Provide feedback to the marketing team on campaign effectiveness. Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings.
