Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving growth through lead generation and strategic partnerships. Preferred Candidates: Only candidates from Tumkur(Karnataka) and nearby areas will be considered. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new leads through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking. Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning. Develop and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals. Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company objectives. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Maintain accurate records of business development activities in CRM tools. Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to represent the company and expand network. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. Ability to understand and present technical information clearly. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce). Prior experience in sales or business development is a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience in [industry-specific] business development. Knowledge of digital marketing concepts (for marketing companies). Familiarity with SaaS-based products or IT services (if applicable).
