About Skill Park Skill Park is a fast-growing tech innovation and learning hub in Kalamasserry, Kochi. We specialise in hands-on training, international collaboration, and industry-relevant upskilling. As we expand our client base across India, we’re looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our Business Development team and support our pan-India growth. Position: Business Development Associate (Hindi-Speaking) Location: Hybrid – Skill Park Campus, Kalamassery, Kochi + Field/Remote Duration: Full-time (3-month probation) Salary & Incentives: Competitive salary + performance-based incentives Open To: Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years’ experience Start Date: Immediate openings What You’ll Do Connect with Hindi-speaking clients (individuals, schools, businesses) across India to promote Skill Park’s training programs Conduct client meetings (virtual & physical), understand needs, and provide tailored solutions Follow up on leads, maintain relationships, and convert inquiries into sales Support regional campaigns and partnerships in North Indian markets Report to the Business Development Manager and contribute to weekly planning and reviews Represent Skill Park at expos, events, and client meetups (as needed) Who You Are Based in Kerala, willing to work from Kochi or nearby districts Fluent in Hindi and English ; Malayalam is a plus Excellent communication and persuasion skills Confident, goal-oriented, and comfortable handling objections A quick learner with basic tech understanding (CRM tools, emails, Excel) Open to travel across Kerala and other states for client visits or events Educational background: Any degree (MBA or BBA preferred but not mandatory) Why Join Us?
