PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (List the accountabilities associated with the job.) Day to day Engaging with the stakeholders of the company and understand business requirements Presenting project status to manager to relevant stakeholders on weekly basis. End to end project management/product development & deployments Understand the business goals & process, work on functional and non-functional requirements Work on scoping, preparing wireframes, use cases, FTC & BRD. Working with partners for the launch of new product or upgrade of existing products Review QA/UAT Functional test cases Work on UAT testing Sharing every month priority list of calls to relevant Internal stakeholders & IT team. Investigating issues, working on production issues End to end tracking of projects / CR / blockers Working on QC data as and when shared and share reports at agreed frequency System enhancements & developments (Opus, Maximus, other portals, website, Apps) Resolution of system issues / bugs across all processes MIS for all the processes for weekly/daily TAT, deficiency, productivity Process quality / accuracy for BRD preparation and FTCs MAJOR CHALLENGES (Describe the major challenges you face on an on-going basis in carrying out your job.) Meeting stakeholders across functions and getting the alignment of the new requirement DECISIONS (Mention the key decisions taken by job holder at his end and the decisions for which the job holder goes to superior with options and recommendations or seek approval). Consolidation of data and sending the data for accurate decision making to the superiors INTERACTIONS (The key working relationships or routine contacts a job holder needs to have INSIDE and OUTSIDE the organization to accomplish the job.) Internal Clients Roles you need to interact with inside the organization to enable success in your day to day work All Business owners & CoEs (NHODS, HOD & COE) weekly basis for sending updates and in person meeting fortnightly External Clients Roles you need to interact with outside the organization to enable success in your day to day work External Vendors on need basis DIMENSIONS (List the significant numerical data which will reflect the scope and scale of activities concerning this job). Financial Dimensions (These should be quantifiable numerical amounts like annual budgets, project costs, annual revenue, purchase value etc.) . Total Team Size: 11 – Proposed with the new structure Number of Direct Reports: 4(Existing) Number of Outsourced employees: None SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE (State the minimum acceptable proficiency for this job which best indicates the education and/or experience requirements of this job and not the incumbent). Graduate/NIA Pass out preferred/III Certified(Level 1 or 2) preferred Domain Knowledge : A solid understanding of the insurance industry, including regulations, products, and processes Analytical Skills : Strong analytical skills to interpret requirements and propose effective solutions Educational Qualifications Qualifications Minimum Qualification: Graduate with General Insurance knowledge is Must Work Experience 1-2 years in same role Roles and Responsibilities 3
