This leadership role will oversee the development and implementation of technical strategies that enhance the organization s technical capabilities, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure the alignment of technology solutions with business goals. The role will work closely with senior leadership, technical teams, and global stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality technical solutions that meet both current and future business needs.In this role, you will be responsible for developing and driving Marketing Automation and Technology Enablement. You will provide business solutions for assisting in marketing response rates and revenues through the management of personalized customer communication strategies and delivery of marketing offers at the appropriate time. You will help plan, execute, monitor, and measure marketing processes through the use of technology designed to increase productivity and repeatability. You will be working closely with Accenture leadership to align on strategies and managing the full innovation and technology management lifecycle (visioning & ideation, concept development, commercialization/scaling, and ongoing product management including learning enablement) What are we looking for? Expertise in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)Strong knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, DevOps)Experience with enterprise architecture, IT infrastructure, and emerging technologiesProficiency in data analytics and automation toolsKnowledge of cybersecurity standards and best practicesFamiliarity with AI/ML and their application in the business contextStrong foundation in software engineering and system architectureProven experience in managing high-performing technical teams and driving organizational-wide technical transformation initiatives.Extensive experience in delivering complex, large-scale technology projects with a strong understanding of both business and technical requirements. Roles and Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of the global technical excellence strategy to ensure alignment with organizational goals and priorities.Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for process optimization, technology advancements, and improved technical practices across global operations.Oversee the delivery of critical technical projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and compliance.Manage and mentor global technical teams, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes knowledge sharing, skill development, and high-performance culture.Collaborate with senior leadership, business units, and external partners to influence and implement technical initiatives, providing expert technical guidance and thought leadership.Ensure that all technical processes and projects comply with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for technical excellence, track progress, and continuously assess the impact of initiatives on organizational performance.Proactively identify and manage risks related to technology infrastructure, ensuring the mitigation of technical and operational risks across global projects.
